How long does first environment setup take?
Usually from a few days to 2 weeks. Timeline depends mostly on data-source readiness, selected module scope and team availability on the property side. Typical steps are kick-off, source connection, KPI validation and a guided working session. When source data is ready and decisions are quick, setup can move very fast.
Can it run for one hotel and a whole group?
Yes. The architecture supports both single-property operations and multi-property groups. You can work at individual property level or compare performance across the group in one decision context. Access and visibility can be configured by role, property and function to keep governance clear and practical.
Do we need to replace our PMS?
