How long does first environment setup take?

Usually from a few days to 2 weeks. Timeline depends mostly on data-source readiness, selected module scope and team availability on the property side. Typical steps are kick-off, source connection, KPI validation and a guided working session. When source data is ready and decisions are quick, setup can move very fast.

Can it run for one hotel and a whole group?

Yes. The architecture supports both single-property operations and multi-property groups. You can work at individual property level or compare performance across the group in one decision context. Do we need to replace our PMS?
